Who we are

Lips and Lids was born on the waters of San Diego Bay when a group of college friends decided to buy a boat off Facebook Marketplace. We weren’t pro fishermen by any means—most of our gear came from Big 5 and Walmart—but that never stopped us from chasing fish and having a damn good time doing it. We wanted something to wear that represented our lifestyle: a perfect mix of fishing and fun, where ripping lips and popping lids go hand in hand.

That’s what Lips and Lids is all about—casual fishing, cold beers, and good times with friends. It’s not about having the best equipment or the biggest boat; it’s about getting out on the water, making memories, and enjoying the ride. Whether you're casting lines at sunrise or swapping stories at the dock, our gear is made for those who live for the simple joys of fishing and cracking a brew with the crew.
